Accountancy
Accountancy is the yearly summary of your Company Books and Records into the correct format for submission to the Tax Authorities and Company Statutory Authorities. These would be prepared by a qualified Accountant in each jurisdiction that has the appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Each jurisdiction will have its own particular financial legislation with regard to filing and submission to tax authorities and companies house, registries or chambers of commerce which needs to be adhered to in order to maintain companies in good standing.
Financial directors of large companies and managing directors of smaller companies need to be aware of this legislation particularly if they are treading on unfamiliar territory in order to ensure that business goes smoothly with no unnecessary interruptions to deal with tax issues.
